PERNFor PERN S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Installation of a line gate valve on the Ø500 outlet pipeline with replacement of a tee at SZ-1 Kleczew
  • Reconstruction of a 320 m section of the DN800 pipeline in Subkowy
  • Protection of a shallow-cover section of the R1 DN1200 crude oil transmission pipeline in Gdańsk
  • Modernisation of the KC1 pig trap chamber at SP2 Łasin
  • Installation of DN700 gate valves on the R34 DN700 section in Tank Farm No. 5 at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base
  • Installation of a DN800 gate valve on the R31 pipeline at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base

  • Modernisation of the COK heating unit at the ORLEN S.A. Production Plant in Płock

POLIMEXFor POLIMEX Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o., the following works were completed:

  • Comprehensive reconstruction of existing ORLEN DN500 – DN1200 crude oil pipelines in the road corridor during construction of the road system in the Northern Port area in Gdańsk

HYUNDAI / TRFor HYUNDAI Engineering Poland Sp. z o.o. TECNICAS REUNIDAS S.A. Sp. Jawna, the following works were completed:

  • Protection of DN200 fuel pipelines during construction of the OLEFINS III unit for PKN Orlen S.A.

PERNFor PERN S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Replacement of two oil pumps in the central lubrication system of the line I and II pump stations at SC-1 Góry
  • Removal of dents and shallow cover on the pipeline in Mirosław
  • Installation of a 1.25 m³ double-wall tank with associated infrastructure at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base

AGATFor AGAT S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Installation of PL1 and PL2a pump units during modernisation of the crude oil pump station at SC-1 Góry
  • Installation of a check valve on the PL3W pump unit and pipeline components, plus prefabrication and installation of supports at SF1 in Płock
  • Installation of a DN200 circulation pipeline connecting the Płock–Bydgoszcz line pump station with the Płock–Mościska long-distance pipeline

MICRONETFor MICRONET Sp z o.o Sp.K., the following works were completed:

  • Overhaul and modernisation of tank No. 18, V=50,000 m³, at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base

CKTiSFor CKTiS S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Pipeline tie-ins and valve replacement in the CHP hall during conversion of the COK heating unit to CHP at the ORLEN S.A. Production Plant in Płock
  • Replacement of COB district-heating water pumps at the ORLEN S.A. Production Plant in Płock

POLIMEXFor POLIMEX Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o., the following works were completed:

  • Comprehensive reconstruction of a PERN crude oil pipeline and installation of a casing pipe for the ORLEN R6 pipeline during construction of the road system in the Northern Port area in Gdańsk

  • Installation of a leak tank for the line I pump station at SZ-1 Kleczew
  • Overhaul of a section of the R28 pipeline at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base
  • Removal of the old line II leak tank and installation of a new one, including replacement of the drain lines and tank emptying system, at SW-2a Orzechowo
  • Removal of the old line II leak tank and installation of a new one, including replacement of the drain lines and tank emptying system, at SW-1 Zawady

  • Overhaul and modernisation of tank No. 2A, V=100,000 m³, at the PERN Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base

Year 2022

PERNFor PERN S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Repair of the rolling ladder track on tank No. 31 at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base
  • Overhaul of the DN500 pipeline under a road in Łanięta (Góry – Kleczew)
  • Reconstruction of the line I pump station hydraulic system combined with modernisation of the suction system at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base
  • Overhaul and replacement of approx. 105 m of DN400 pipeline on the Płock – Koluszki section in Trzepowo
  • Modernisation of the overpressure protection system for the crude oil filters of the Tank Farm Pump Station at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base
  • Modernisation of the overpressure protection system of the line II inlet pipeline at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base
  • Construction of DN600 cross-connection pipelines between lines I and II at the SZ150 Węgrów and SZ151 Krypy valve stations

ORLENFor ORLEN Projekt S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Protection of PERN DN250, DN350 and DN400 pipelines at excavation No. 9 during the investment project “Intensification of Olefin Production at ZP Płock, Olefins III Complex”

MICRONETFor MICRONET Sp z o.o Sp.K., the following works were completed:

  • Overhaul and modernisation of tank No. 12, V=32,000 m³, at the PERN Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base

Year 2021

  • Overhaul of 765 m of DN800 pipeline in Subkowy (Pomeranian Section, Gdańsk Base – Pelplin)
  • Installation of leak tanks for the line I and II pump stations at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base

ORLENFor ORLEN Projekt S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Protection of PERN DN250, DN350 and DN400 pipelines at excavation No. 8 during the investment project “Intensification of Olefin Production at ZP Płock, Olefins III Complex”

AGATFor AGAT S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Construction of final product pipelines for HDD crossings under the Vistula and decommissioning of the standby string of the fuel pipeline under the Vistula in Płock

  • Detailed design documentation and overhaul of 5 rolling ladders on 30,000 and 32,000 m³ tanks at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie and Adamowo Bases
  • Overhaul of process bunds and repainting of process pipelines at SP-2 Łasin
  • Overhaul of the line I pump station oil system and anti-corrosion protection of pipelines and valves in the Z141, Z113 and Z111 valve bunds at SZ-3 Łupowo

Year 2018

AGATFor AGAT S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Overhaul of the pipeline under the Lesiska – Sompolno marsh
  • Construction and installation works at MPS-1 in Powidz
  • Prefabrication and installation of pipelines during construction of tanks at the Fuel Base in Koluszki
  • Installation of a DN250 pipe and gate valve in Biała Dolna
  • Installation of a DN250 pipe and gate valve in Wierzchowiska

PERNFor PERN S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Overhaul of foam headers at the SR stations at the Fuel Base in Nowa Wieś Wielka
  • Repair of the embankment protecting the line I and II pipelines in Lubiechów Górny
  • Replacement of headers and gate valves at the distribution stations at the Fuel Base in Nowa Wieś Wielka
  • Replacement of the ladder on tank No. 11 at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base

Year 2017

PERNFor PERN S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Overhaul of the DN600 pipeline under a road and car park in Miszewko Strzałkowskie
  • Modernisation of pump load relief at SZ-3 Łupowo
  • Modernisation of the leak tank at SZ-1 Kleczew
  • Elimination of a shallow-cover section in Łęg
  • Modernisation of the oil system at ST-5 Tarnowo Podgórne

OLPPFor OLPP Sp. z o.o., the following works were completed:

  • Construction of a new diesel (ON) and light fuel oil (OOP) bund at the Fuel Base in Nowa Wieś Wielka
  • Dismantling of roofs on tanks 16 and 17 at the Fuel Base in Nowa Wieś Wielka
  • Overhaul of the water and foam systems in tank groups I and III at the Fuel Base in Nowa Wieś Wielka
  • Adaptation of the pipeline for increased flow rates at the Fuel Base in Nowa Wieś Wielka

CLIMBEXFor CLIMBEX S.A., the following works were completed:

  • Overhaul of a tank at the Wierzbno Fuel Terminal
  • Overhaul of tank No. 4 at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Base
  • Overhaul of tanks No. 6 and 8 at the Gdańsk Base

  • Construction of an ON-LINE additive installation at Fuel Base No. 21 in Dębogórze

  • Overhaul of the DN500 pipeline under a road in Witnica

  • Overhaul of storage tank No. 5, V=5,000 m³, at Fuel Base No. 5 in Emilianów
  • Repair of the load-bearing columns of the pipe rack at Fuel Base No. 2 in Nowa Wieś Wielka

  • Overhaul of the oil bunker at ST-4 Kleczew
  • Repair of the protection of a pipeline crossing a watercourse in Gorczenica
  • Replacement of a DN600 gate valve at SZ Jasienica
  • Elimination of shallow cover of a fibre-optic cable at the crossing with the Brzozów canal

  • Reconstruction of the separator at the road tanker loading front at Fuel Base No. 22 in Małaszewicze

  • Removal of cross-connection gate valves at the Rd0 manifold connecting the R1 and R2 pipelines at BM Gdańsk

  • Fabrication and preparation of a DN 300 pipeline for HDD installation under the Vistula between the Winduga and Kawka valve stations

  • Installation of a new rail loading system for standard and broad gauge track
